A. 1) We don't accept specific time delivery order and are not able to or guarantee a delivery time. But your flowers will be delivered on the date specified

Q. 3) How can I know my order has been delivered to recepient?
A. 3) All customers are notified with a confirmation email within 24 hours after the order has been delivered to the recipient. And also you can check the status of your order at our website.

Q. 5) General Delivery Policies
A. 5) Monday - Friday: Orders placed before 12.30pm in the recipient's time zone can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after this time can be delivered on the next available delivery day
Saturday: Orders placed before 10.30am in the recipient's time zone can be delivered the same day, orders placed after this time can be delivered on the next available delivery date.
Sunday: : Because most florists are closed on Sundays, your order will be delivered on Monday.
