A. 1) Yes,we guarantee to deliver fresh and beautiful flora arrangements on the mentioned and specified date.We also guarantee to replace the product if you are not 100% satisfied, which will not be chargeable.
Please note the guarantee applies to orders for which we have received complete and accurate delivery information.
Q. 2) How do you ship the product?
A. 2) Next Day delivery products are delivered by overnight courier. Each courier products is securely packaged in an attractive, insulated gift box to ensure that only the freshest possible product arrives at its destination.
Same day delivery product are delivered by local Florist.
Q. 3) From where do you source the product?
A. 3) Next Day Courier order:- Fresh Flowers are sourced from our associate florist's garden in USA and deliver through overnight Courier [FedEx / DHL]. Flowers are dispatched from USA.

Q. 5) Do you accept specific time delivery order?
A. 5) We don't accept specific time delivery order and are not able to or guarantee a delivery time. But your flowers will be delivered on the date specified
